In this program journalist Andrey Karaulov tells about the episode which happened to Vladimir Putin in 1989 in Dresden, and was unknown till the program went on the air. At that time Putin was KGB lieutenant-colonel. On 8 November, as part of the celebrations of the 75th birthday of Archbishop Bernard Bober of Košice, Slovakia, the Portuguese priest and DJ Padre Guilherme performed an electronic music set outside St Elisabeth's Cathedral in Košice.
