@ Irapuato - Happy New Year to you too!! Silos is also amazing, because they maintain their Castillian Identity in the Chant - robust and masculine. The French tend to wish to approximate 'castrati' by means of reciting too high (a rude attempt at sounding 'seraphic' perhaps....). But having said this, the choir master at Solesmes (Angers, France) has gone the way of Silos in cultivating a robus and masculine sound at Solesmes.
