NOVEMBER 29 2025 THE GOSPEL
breski1
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke 21,34-36.
Jesus said to his disciples: "Beware that your hearts do not become drowsy from carousing and drunkenness and the anxieties of daily life, and that day catch you by surprise
like a trap. For that day will assault everyone who lives on the face of the earth.
Be vigilant at all times and pray that you have the strength to escape the tribulations that are imminent and to stand before the Son of Man."

Saint Saturnin of Toulouse | Brave Missionary & Martyr | Catechism for Kids (Nov 29)
On November 29, the Church celebrates Saint Saturnin (also known as Saint Sernin), the very first Bishop of Toulouse and a courageous third-century missionary who gave his life for Jesus. 🕊️🔥 Saturnin travelled through Roman Gaul (modern-day France), preaching the Gospel with boldness and bringing many people to Christ. His preaching was so powerful that it angered pagan priests who feared losing influence. When Saturnin refused to offer sacrifice to the pagan idols, the priests tied him to a wild bull inside a temple. The terrified animal burst out of the building and dragged Saturnin through the streets — yet even in martyrdom, he never denied Jesus. The spot where he died later became the foundation for the Basilica of Saint-Sernin, one of the most famous churches in France. Saturnin’s story is one of bravery, faith, and a love for God that nothing could break. 📖 Topics we’ll cover: Who Saint …More

Book of Daniel 7,15-27.
I, Daniel, found my spirit anguished within its sheath of flesh, and I was terrified by the visions of my mind.
I approached one of those present and asked him what all this meant in truth; in answer, he made known to me the meaning of the things:
"These four great beasts stand for four kingdoms which shall arise on the earth.
But the holy ones of the Most High shall receive the kingship, to possess it forever and ever."
But I wished to make certain about the fourth beast, so very terrible and different from the others, devouring and crushing with its iron teeth and bronze claws, and trampling with its feet what was left;
about the ten horns on its head, and the other one that sprang up, before which three horns fell; about the horn with the eyes and the mouth that spoke arrogantly, which appeared greater than its fellows.
For, as I watched, that horn made war against the holy ones and was victorious
until the Ancient One arrived; judgment was pronounced in favor …

OF PURGATORY
Francisco Vitali
For the signal...
INITIAL SENTENCE
O Mary, Mother of mercy: remember the children you have in purgatory and, presenting our suffrages and your merits to your Son, intercede so that he may forgive them their debts and take them out of those darkness into the admirable light of his glory, where they enjoy your sweetest sight and that of your blessed Son.
O glorious Patriarch Saint Joseph, intercede together with your Wife before your Son for the souls of purgatory. Amen.
It is read about every day.

New Cardinal of Krakow: “I Don't Want Any Other Church Than That of Francis”

Cardinal Grzegorz Ryś, 61, has learned “everything I believe in about the Church from Francis,” he said according to Onet.pl after Leo XIV appointed him as Archbishop of Krakow on November 26.
Francis taught Cardinal Ryś “how to understand the Church”.
And: “I don't want another Church. I simply don't want it. I cannot imagine another Church than the one Francis taught us.”
Experience at Francis’ Tomb
Cardinal Ryś recounted an experience during the days leading up to the conclave. He visited Francis' tomb with Cardinal Konrad Krajewski. There, he said, he sought a word or sign to guide him: "Holy Father, say something to me. The conclave is approaching. Say something to me."
But he received no answer. It was then that he understood the significance of that silence: "I realised that everything I believe about the Church I had learned from him."

Patience my friend! For the moment the enemy has their day courtesy of the governments who stand down in the face of this criminality. When the rule of law ceases then things will look much different! That is one tough window!

Last Friday, Cardinal Robert Sarah, 80, celebrated Solemn Pontifical Vespers at the Cathedral Basilica in Philadelphia, the largest Catholic church in Pennsylvania. The celebration drew more than a thousand faithful, many of whom were young, filling the basilica. The Basilica's rector, Rev. Gerald Gill, described Cardinal Sarah as "an outstanding figure who gives many of us great hope and confidence", adding: "He inspires us to celebrate the sacred mysteries with great reverence and devotion."
