They only wanted relief.
Pregnant women everywhere were searching for a medicine gentle enough to calm their nausea… something to help them rest in a world that never stopped moving.
Then came the “miracle”: Thalidomide.
A white, elegant pill.
Prescribed freely.
Marketed boldly.
Sold without hesitation.
Doctors were told it was perfectly safe.
So safe, they claimed, “even children can take it.”
No one mentioned that it had never been properly tested.
No one questioned the confidence of the smiling pharmaceutical ads.
And so the dream began…
A woman in London finally sleeps after nights of vomiting.
Another in Munich feels peace for the first time in months.
Thousands of pregnant women worldwide swallow the little white pill—
unaware that something unthinkable is unfolding inside them.
Then the due dates came.
But instead of the first cry of life… there was silence.
A baby born without arms.
Another without legs.
A tiny girl with fingers like unfinished buds.
Dozens. Hundreds. Thousands. …More

Greek Catholic Uniates in Hungary Removed the Filioque in September

Since 1 September 2025, the Greek Catholic Church in Hungary has omitted the 'Filioque' from the Creed during the Divine Liturgy.
This decision to abandon a Catholic tenet in order to appease the schismatic Orthodox was announced on Hd.gorogkatolikus.hu.
The article argues that, in recent decades, Pope John Paul II prayed with Orthodox patriarchs, omitting the 'Filioque'. It claims that this change is not an innovation, but a return to a text prayed by ancestors.
The current version states that the "Holy Spirit [...] proceeds from the Father", which can easily be misunderstood. According to the Western tradition, the Holy Spirit proceeds "from the Father and the Son". The Eastern fathers said, what is also legitimately formulated, that he proceeds "from the Father through the Son". However, the Holy Spirit does not proceed from the Father alone.

The case is to claim that the Church can err.

Leo XIV Eliminates the Filioque with a Footnote

Pope Leo XIV has issued a new Apostolic Letter titled In unitate fidei (“In the Unity of Faith”), calling Christians to renewed "dialogue" and "unity".
Released on Sunday to mark the 1,700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea, the document contains the usual word salad about "shared foundations" of the Christian faith. Next Friday, Leo XIV and the controversial Orthodox Patriarch Bartholomew will visit Nicaea, near today’s Iznik in Turkey.
Credo in pluralitatem Ecclesiarum
In the new letter, Leo XIV writes that Christian unity is not about “returning” to the past, but about “an ecumenism that looks to the future, that seeks reconciliation through dialogue.”
He even speaks - contrary to the Faith in the ONE Church founded by Christ - of a “current status quo of the diversity of Churches and ecclesial communities.”
Leo XIV continues: “We must therefore leave behind theological controversies that have lost their raison d’être in order to develop a common understanding and, even …More

Autism
Causes, Preventive Measures, and Therapeutic Options
Introductory remarks
Yesterday at the memorial service for the cold-bloodedly murdered Charlie Kirk, President
Trump told mourners that his administration has found an answer to autism and will reveal details imminently. Early reporting indicates that the announcement will suggest a link between acetaminophen use in pregnancy and autism risk, and will point to leucovorin as a potential therapy.
I have not yet examined the strength of the evidence for these particular claims in detail, so I withhold judgment on their validity.
The decisive factors
The number of children with autism spectrum disorders is rising at an alarming pace - far beyond what improved diagnostics alone can explain. While genetic causes are unlikely to account for this trend, a growing body of research points to modern lifestyle factors as key drivers. Central to this discussion is the role of the hippocampus, a brain region essential for social interaction …

When Did Double Suicides Become Trendy? – Allah's Willing Executioners

When a Brussels couple revealed that they were planning to die together in the world’s first “couple” euthanasia in 2014 despite not being terminally ill, the announcement was met with shock. 89-year-old Francis and 86-year-old Anne said their decision was driven by a fear of loneliness—all three of their adult children stated that they would be unable to care for their parents and supported their decision to be euthanized.
The couple’s doctor refused to do it; their 55-year-old son tracked down a willing physician in Flanders. As the
put it at the time, “John Paul said the double euthanasia of his parents was the ‘best solution.’” He might have more accurately called it a “final solution.”
Since then, the phenomenon of couples dying together by euthanasia or assisted suicide has rapidly grown. On November 17, the German twin sisters Alice and Ellen Kessler, famous for their singing and dancing across the continent in the 1950s and ‘60s, died by double assisted suicide. The pair …

I would like to bring to your attention the episode of the program which was broadcast on one of the big Russian channels on the 1st of October, 2012. In this program journalist Andrey Karaulov tells about the episode which happened to Vladimir Putin in 1989 in Dresden, and was unknown till the program went on the air. At that time Putin was KGB lieutenant-colonel. The author of the program is absolutely sure that this situation was not made up since thousands of Dresden citizens became the witnesses of this event, and the story of how it all happened may be heard almost in any bar of Dresden.
In 1991 President Putin left the KGB.

1091. Illusions of Technocracy – World Scam

11/23/2025
The bewildering truth behind human technological enslavement is that it is impossible without the voluntary participation of the intended slaves. People must welcome technocracy into their lives in order for it to succeed. The populace has to believe, blindly, that they cannot live without it, or that authoritarianism by algorithmic consensus is “inevitable.”
This is the opening sentence of an article published today on ZeroHedge:
Is Global Technocracy Inevitable Or Dangerously Delusional?
I have been accused of fighting technological progress. Such an accusation demonstrates a lack of understanding of what I write about. I certainly take many factors for granted and don’t mention them. This can lead to such misunderstandings. The problem lies not in the technology itself, but in the method, purpose, and intentions for which it is used. I have a technical background and forty years of experience developing often highly complex systems. I have described most of my projects on …

Profile
Between the arrival of the first Portuguese missionary in 1533, through the Dominicans and then the Jesuit missions of the 17th century, the politically inspired persecutions of the 19th century, and the Communist-led terrors of the twentieth, there have been many thousands of Catholics and other Christians murdered for their faith in Vietnam. Some were priests, some nuns or brothers, some lay people; some were foreign missionaries, but most were native Vietnamese killed by their own government and countrymen.
Record keeping being what it was, and because the government did not care to keep track of the people it murdered, we have no information on the vast bulk of the victims. In 1988, Pope John Paul IIMore

Vietnamese Martyrs - November 24
The Vietnamese Martyrs (Vietnamese: Các Thánh Tử đạo Việt Nam), also known as the Martyrs of Indochina, Martyrs of Tonkin, Annam, and Cochinchina, or Andrew Dung-Lac and Companions (Anrê Dũng-Lạc và Các bạn tử đạo), are saints on the General Roman Calendar who were canonized by Pope John Paul II. On June 19, 1988, thousands of Overseas Vietnamese worldwide gathered at the Vatican for the Celebration of the Canonization of 117 Vietnamese Martyrs, an event chaired by Monsignor Tran Van Hoai. Their memorial is on November 24 (although several of these saints have another memorial, as they were beatified and on the calendar prior to the canonization of the group).
The Vatican estimates the number of Vietnamese martyrs at between 130,000 and 300,000. John Paul II decided to canonize those whose names are known and unknown, giving them a single feast day.
The Vietnamese Martyrs fall into several groupings, those of the Dominican and Jesuit missionary era …More

Ukraine’s “EnergyGate” scandal deepens: Zelensky allies implicated in $100M corruption scheme – NaturalNews.com

Ukraine is embroiled in its most damaging corruption scandal since the Russian invasion began, with President Volodymyr Zelensky's inner circle facing allegations of embezzling $100 million from the country's energy sector.
The revelations have shaken public trust at a critical moment, as Ukraine battles Russian airstrikes on its power grid while relying on Western aid to sustain its war effort.
Ukraine's National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) revealed this week that a 15-month investigation, codenamed Operation Midas, uncovered a sprawling kickback scheme involving Energoatom, Ukraine's state nuclear energy company. Prosecutors allege that officials demanded bribes of 10-15 percent from contractors supplying protective infrastructure for nuclear plants—critical defenses against Russian missile strikes.

Famous Mariologist Who Dislikes Title Co-Redemptrix: Tucho Misstepped, Incompetent, Overly Radical

Fr Salvatore Perrella OSM, a famous Mariologist, told Rsi.ch on 20 November that Tucho’s note about the title Co-Redemptrix is controversial and sparks debate.
He personally dislikes the title 'Co-Redemptrix', but as a theologian he cannot ignore the fact that it also appeared in the post-conciliar magisterium.
He would never have described the title as "always inappropriate", as Tucho did. "I favour the intelligent approach of Lumen Gentium, which neither stigmatises nor uncritically adopts earlier terminology."
"Moreover, I have the impression that the note is dominated by ecumenical concerns. And this is a misstep." Such a concern should not dominate, he adds.
Furthermore, Fr Perrella calls the note "excessively long" and "contrary to the Roman Magisterium, which has always been marked by sobriety and concision".
He continues: "Although the document is broad and extensive, it lacks historical memory."
Tucho expressed himself "in an overly radical way". The note is "too monophysite"…More

Sooo sad that the doors are now open for all kinds of characters to express their personal likes and dislikes about different Titles of Holy Mother of God. Shameful

Hound of Heaven

Although I agree with his assessment of Tucho, this "famous Mariologist's" personal dislikes are beyond the perview of a genuine theologian, I would think. Too many theologians today are full of 'personal' likes and dislikes when they should be 'sticking to the text'. We need more authentic theologians who are imbued with a knowledge of, and love of, the deposit of Faith as it has been revealed from God to humans, most of whom never went to a university.
