When doing some research into the Chant for my Masters, I spent many an agreeable summer with Dom Yves-Marie at Solesmes in France and Silos in Spain... So when i heard this recording, it came back to me like a pleasant rush of adrenaline! He used to offer the then so called "indult mass" on a side altar and one could here his voice singing everything, even the propers!

Beautiful! I recognise the voice of Dom Juan Maria Cortez de la Bastide in this recording.... he's a monk of Silos and scholar of the chant. Thanks for the music Ira.
