OSLO--The 32-year-old man accused of devastating twin attacks in Norway now maintains that two cells of extremists collaborated with him, court officials said here Monday as they ordered solitary confinement for the suspect. If this is the case, then he spells out in his own words why he made the attack.

One thing to note is that the NY Times instantly had released and article that stated the attack was committed by Al Qaeda. This release was within 20 minutes of the attack first being reported.
