During his 94 years, Father Nelson Baker was known as a devout Catholic whose legacy included helping to build Our Lady of Victory National Shrine and Basilica in Lackawanna. Now 75 years after his death, YNN's Ryan Burgess tells us why Father Baker is now one step closer to sainthood.
