You must be like those 100s of thousands of Evangelicals, the 100s of thousands of Southern Baptists, the 10s of thousands of Pentecostals and a limited number of Catholics of strong faith who dress appropriately for Sunday mass as if they actually are going to worship the triune God.

Being from that area, the only time I ever knew something that bad was going on was when it was a teen mass. Still primarily a Catholic area but is increasingly succumbing to the culture and a humanistic way of life. There is Nothing holy and certainly NOT orthodox in the new mass which is suppose to be considered as the "ordinary" form.

But when you think about it, the word EXTRAORDINARY rings a more pleasant and meaningful sound. The traditional Latin Mass is EXTRAORDINARY!!

Time for people to give up these Protestant services once and for all! Unless you don't mind that our Lord is being blasphemed and forgotten about.

I'm going to agree with Sabrina on this one. There isn't anything intrinsically wrong with what's going on in this video. The problem is that the mass is meant to express something in particular: the sacrifice of the mass. Its not a matter of our personal preferences: it has more to do with what best expresses the truth of the mass; the body, blood, soul and divinity of Christ found in the eucharist. This is why the "traditional" mass is better.

I think the Title "Novus Ordo" is a bit misleading. This video shows a very certain "version" of Novus Ordo, maybe a very charismatic one.

But, as averyone surely knows, there are grave NOM masses as well.

And in general:

I am not the best friend of traditional latin masses, it is not my kind of spirituality. But I don't like "anti-campaigns" and it would never be my idea to attack the other side like some traditionalists do. This video and his misleading title is an attack.
