The report was good, BUT. The little girl had good intentions, BUT does she PRAY the Rosary as Our Lady wants her to?? Yes, she said she loves Jesus, but the report was very vague. The Rosary is meant to be prayed to Our Lady in honor of her Son. The rosary is the only salvation of the world, as Our Lady said at Fatima in 1917.
