Being an American, I have a few ideas that would put an end to this abuse of power:
1. term limits (2 years for Congress)
2. introduce a third party (really no difference between blue team, red team)
3. naturalized citizen can only hold office (original birth certificate required)
4. Representitves must read bills in their entirety before voting
5. Abolish Czars appointed by President
6. The American public must be given an opportunity to get all the details of any "emergency" legislation.

The English language has some wonderfully anthropomorphic collective nouns for various groups of animals.

We are familiar with:

A 'HERD' of cows

A 'FLOCK' of chickens

A 'SCHOOL' of fish

A 'GAGGLE' of geese

However, less widely known is a:

A 'PRIDE' of lions

A 'MURDER' of crows (as well as their cousins the rooks & ravens)

An "EXALLATION' of larks
