Ok so first of all Holy Communion should only be distributed by a Priest. Second everyone should be receiving Jesus Body and Blood Kneeling and on the tongue, except for those who suffer physically and ofcourse are unable to kneel. Get on your Knees and Stick that tongue out, although so unworthy of Him...how much more unworthy are we when people receive this KIng, This Creator, This One and Only God in filthy hands allowing pieces of Him to be shed onto the ground, into other peoples hands when shaking hands and even using the restroom!
