It was very disappointing that Vladimir Putin had to continue his vaccation in August 2000, when one hundred and eighteen submariners were slowly dying in the Kursk, a wrecked nuclear submarine, on the Barents sea bed. Compounding matters was his failure to accept International assistance. Had he done so, then the men could have been saved. This is what happens when people worship the State in place of the one true and living God.
