The Story of St Therese of Lisieux.
St Therese of the Child Jesus was born at Alencon in France in 1873. While still a young girl, she entered the Carmelite monastery at Lisieux. There she lived a life of humility, evangelical simplicity and trust in God. By word and example she taught these virtures to the novices of the community. Offering her life for the salvation of souls and the growth of the Church, she died September 30, 1897.
A MORNING PRAYER WRITTEN BY ST. THERESE
O my God! I offer Thee all my actions of this day for the intentions and for the glory of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. I desire to sanctify every beat of my heart, my every thought, my simplest works, by uniting them to Its infinite merits; and I wish to make reparation for my sins by casting them into the furnace of Its Merciful Love.
O my God! I ask of Thee for myself and for those whom I hold dear, the grace to fulfill perfectly Thy Holy Will, to accept for love of Thee the joys and sorrows of this passing life, so that we may one day be united together in heaven for all Eternity.
Amen.

Look how God can bring forth from what was a spoiled little child who would get on the floor throwing tantrums....to grow into a Beautiful budding Rose so pleasing to her God.

I am looking for some matches to light a candle, a Mary candle, that lights up, a picture of our Lady, at Fatima. The window is soon to be open, and I can shut myself off, to the world, and meditate, on what St. Therese wrote, in this....while listening to the music, over and over....gazing at our Lady, at Fatima.....this is what is so nice …More

The window is soon to be open, and I can shut myself off, to the world, and meditate, on what St. Therese wrote, in this....while listening to the music, over and over....gazing at our Lady, at Fatima.....this is what is so nice about living the life.....of a Hermit....I have noone, to distract me.....other than the Lord.....and His presence is like the look in St. Therese's eyes, as she gazes upward....... ohhhh....I found the matches, and the candle is lit.....now for the window....lol.....I am truly blessed.....

I have alot of admiration, for Saints, that join Monestary's, and Convents.....I prefer, when I am not, slaying my Fundamentalist brothers, and Protestant friends, on my blogs or at work, or Evangelizing......not on gloria TV, but in the World . I am tame on this site...because I mix it up here with fellow Catholics, but in my world, I wouldn't trade, my solitude....for anything....if the Lord, …More

I am tame on this site...because I mix it up here with fellow Catholics, but in my world, I wouldn't trade, my solitude....for anything....if the Lord, would leave me be....I would retreat, into total solitude....like a hermit.....but unfortunatly, the Lord, has use for me, witnessing, as a convert first to his family, through the blood of Jesus Christ, and now, as one, who has been adopted into the Church. The Lord, always, leaves the best for last. At times, I am at a loss, my breathing, and excitement, so high, just realizing, what He meant. When He said...."On you Peter I will build my Church......
I can see the Master in her eyes.....this to me, is what a woman should be......a nun...and Saint.....covered, married to the Master. The music, is totally fitting here.....I can feel the Holy Spirit, moving through me, in Love just watching this.......If only the world, could see what we see.............................................................................................
