Heretical sects have always used scripture to gain adherence to their "churches". It's always "The end is nigh" kind of fear mongering. Theirs' is a fear driven religion. The Catholic Church is so balanced. The teachings of the Saints so comforting. The Church is so akin to the mind of Christ in it's long-view outlook - "to God a day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as but one day". thanks for this teaching Airmaria.
