The Catholic answer to that question is not as simple as you believe. A Pope cannot do whatever he pleases. He must conform with dogma and tradition. What Pope Paul VI did in 1968 was similar to what the Anglican Reformers did in the 16th Century: they adapted the Rite of Priestly Ordination and the Mass to the Protestant theology, erasing all catholic prayers and keeping only those that the protestants could agree with. That is why Pope Leo XIII declared the Anglican Ordinations as unvalid and utterly void.
A similar thing happened to all of us in 1968: Pope Paul VI, with the help of Protestants, Jews and Freemasons, destroyed the Catholic Mass and rendered it's priests powerless. That is why the black shroud of Satan eventually succeeded in darkening the entire world. I am not a sedevacantist, because I believe that Popes can be erroneous too (the infallibility is only garantueed under certain strict conditions) and Pope Paul VI certainly was mistaken when he decided to protestantize the Catholic Liturgy. Thank God the Fraternity of Pius X kept to the traditional sacraments so they wouldn't be lost forever to the Church.

We all know that there have been numerous violations from renegade priests but these were the acts of individuals who have serious problems with their faith and can't be considered as a result of Vatican II or the new Mass. Vatican II was and is truly the work of the Holy Spirit. Sadly, there has been much confusion since Vatican II but there is still only one true Church! If some of the clergy have strayed (some severely) then we should pray for them. On top of all that, who has the authority to say if a Mass or an ordination is valid or not? This is a great example of neo-protestantism. Neo, radical, traditionalist, who deny the workings of the Holy Spirit. There was no mention of the horrible abuse that went on during the latin Mass prior to Vatican II. I am old enough to have seen it. Jesus said the attacks will come from all sides. Protestantism is a scourge on Christianty , this video is an example of one of these vicious attacks. This video is a direct attack on the person of the Holy Spirit. Which is a direct attack on God, NEW FLASH, for the neo-protestants, the Holy Spirit is God. Come back into the Holy Catholic Church, "brothers", don't wast your life preching a false gospel, full of hate and division. Repent of your sins, including the deady sin you commited producing this decietful, hateful, protestant, video. God will forgive you. Don't die in you deadly sins. Repent of your arrogance. STOP living in the flesh. Stop giving lip service to the Eucharist. The Eucharist IS Jesus.
