Hasn't Our Lord suffered enough? Today, its all about "me" rather than Jesus Christ and the SACRIFICE being offered on the altar. This is what happens with priests looking at the people rather than LEADING the people to Calvary. This too is why more and more are attending the Latin Mass, they are tired of these shows.
