Pastor Heath Mooneyham is quoted with the words: “If we get people in the door, we get to preach the gospel” And: “If we can get more people to follow Jesus, I’ll give away 1,000 guns. I don’t care.” In 2011, Mooneyham sponsored billboards encouraging married couples to have sex more often so as to better resist the temptations of porn and adultery.
