I have to go now but I really doubt that it was anything but weather. In order to install a system on the Polish President's plane would be extremely difficult and take great planning and if Putin hated the Polish President enough to kill him, Putin would be able to do so in a much less elaborate manner. Libor Halik I am well aware of communist countries and I agree Putin is a killer but this accident was well established due to weather conditions. The airport they were landing at is primitive and President Kaczynski had a history of demanding his pilot land against his pilot's wishes and opinion on documented occasions in the past. My 2 best friends are Russian and America under Obama is turning into the world's newest communist country so I'm speaking from a position of experience.
