The Conversation.
This is a new song recorded a month or two ago in my garden.
The Conversation
You will be the One I cry to
Behind closed doors, the world at bay
There we will sit, though I won't feel You
As we watch the rain
I will speak my thoughts and feelings Lay them down before Your feet How graciously You will receive me Quiet as I speak Baring all to You, my Saviour Desperate pleas to understand And from the silence; without knowing My heart hears Your command Step back, look down Remove your crown Put there by pride And stand aside Give me full reign To work My way And heal their wounds Love them through you Deep within, I know You're moving It's nothing that I can describe I hear no words but know You're speaking Thoughts are brought to mind And I know with conviction What you ask of me this time I must take it all in silence Bare my back, keep my hands tied And step back, look down Remove this crown Put there by pride And stand aside Give You full reign To work Your way And …More

Bells Of Heaven.
This was recorded around Easter of this year and is an instrumental celebrating the Lord's Ressurection. It was recorded on a small digital camera, so the sound is not the best. For guitarists, the guitar is tuned to D low to high, D A D F# A D and I got the idea to play this way by seeing Andy McKee and Erik Mongrain on the internet. Their guitar playing is beyond amazing! This not my final version of "Bells Of Heaven." I am still working on it and do not have it completed. Hope you enjoy it!

How Many Know?
This in another video put together by Steve Clark using pictures from Mel Gibson's "The Passion Of The Christ." The song is called 5,480 (How Many Know?) and was written about and inspired by St. Bridget Of Sweden's 15 Prayers. There are many sites with these prayers and St. Bridget's biography. Here is a link to one of them.story.

FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED-EIGHTY
(HOW MANY KNOW?)
Nobody knows, nobody knows the pain You suffered
No one can know, can truly know the pain You suffered
The pictures show You hanging from The Cross No marks but the five wounds, but that's not the way it was How many know you were covered from the soles of Your feet to the crown of Your head? Covered with wounds, bleeding, not an inch of You free from torment How many know? Five thousand four hundred-eighty Five thousand four hundred-eighty Five thousand four hundred-eighty blows You suffered. For those who ask, He gives a glimpse of His bitter …More

Come to me Am(7) Em Be my salvation D Bm Em Set me free Em Bm7 I have walked in fear and darkness Em Bm7 I have walked alone Em Bm7 I have walked in pain and anger Am7 Bm7 Em On a busy road Em Bm7 There were many right beside me Em Bm7 On this well-worn path Em Bm7 No time to rest they all were moving Am7 Bm7 Em Am7 Bm7 Em Victims of the dark, Victims of the dark I had to take a break from walking Weary from the road And from the side I sat and wondered Where does this road go? No one walking seemed aware The road was sloping down The grade was low, and no one noticed But all were down bound A friendly face sat down beside me I know a better path She said, it’s steep and much less traveled But worth taking to task Those ahead …More

This is VERY good. The stark aspect of much of the art lends itself well to the video. Good work and thank you! 👍
