Ave Maria!
Rhemes,
Thanks for you comments.
Actually, Fr. Peter is not saying that one group/camp believes there has been a rupture (contained in the Vat II documents) and the other does not. He is saying that both Modernists and Traditionalists (both camps) believe that Vatican II is a rupture form past Councils. The Modernists are happy about this and the Traditoinalists are sad about it. Fr. Peter is saying to both camps there is no rupture, at least in the documents themselves.

Trady,
Fr. Peter does addresses many of the points that traditionalists bring up to support the supposed rupture. Please address these directly.
Further, you talk about the problems after Vatican II. Please read the book Battle for Vatican II by Richard Cowden-Guido and you will see that the problems were caused by the Council being effectively neglected and misinterpreted by the Modernists who invariably invoked the Council (wrongly so) to justify their many aberrations. This is in line with … [More]

Ave Maria!
On May 31, 2002, the apparitions of the Lady of All Nations received formal ecclesiastical approval from the local bishop, Msgr. Josef Maria Punt (see official Diocese of Haarlam website).Prior to that approval. The Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith states that the local bishop is always the first jurisdiction of discernment regarding reported private revelation.

My brother REVTHREEVS21: You're right! I was wondering who was going to pick up on the real voice of a demon speaking through a possessed person.

Ave Maria!
Dear rickjohn,
I am not sure of the details. The rerardos, if there is one, will certainly not be attached to the altar which is free-standing as is common in Italy with romanesque churches with a baldachino, St Peter's being the most famous example. As to the altar rails I am not sure but it looks like there is room for an ad orientum celebration of Mass at the altar. I think we will all see more details on EWTN.
God Bless
Fra Roderic
