Homosexual Scandal: Bill Donohue has corrected an editorial that appeared Tuesday in the New York Times and that was speaking about a – quote – “pedophilia scandal” in the Church. Donohue sets the record straight. Quote: “The Times erred again by repeating the myth of a pedophilia scandal”. He points out that 78 percent of the victims were postpubescent. Quote: “That would make it a homosexual scandal.”

Not Our Style: Representatives of sexual minorities will not be able to hold public events in Crimea, said Sergey Aksyonov, the acting leader of the Republic of Crimea. Quote: "This is definitely not our style. We in Crimea do not need such people, and they will never hold their events publicly.” The police will react quickly and explain within three minutes the orientation one should hold to," Aksyonov told the Crimean Council of Ministers in Simferopol on Tuesday. He also said that young people in the region should be taught a positive attitude towards the family institution and traditional values.

So far she has done so in 18 states after recently serving at a morning Mass at the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Hartford. In Utah Kara served with a priest who always brings his dog to Mass. In Vermont, she served with a priest who spends his spare time climbing nearby mountains. In Rhode Island, she served at the church where President John and Jacqueline Kennedy were married.

Long Feud: Fr Michael Wetovick, a 53-year-old priest in Grand Island, Nebraska who'd been accused of using a club to threaten his brother has been given two years of probation on reduced charges on Tuesday. He originally was charged with felony terroristic threats, assault and use of a weapon. In June 2013 Wetovick accused his brother of stealing from him, and a fight ensued. Authorities say the brothers have been involved in a long feud.
