Cardinal Vidal promotes the Rosary Crusade for the Defense of God's Law on Life and Family.
Launched on October 31, 2010, this crusade for one million rosaries by January 16th, 2011(feast of the Sto. Niño) is to stop the passage of the Reproductive Health Bill.
