Healing in the Hispanic Community In October we center on the Hispanic population in the U.S. that will triple by the year 2050. Given their growing influence in the nation’s culture, politics and religious practice Hispanics will have a powerful opportunity to turn the tide on the expansion of abortion and challenge the prevailing pro-abortion policies of the many of our politicians. But this will require a renewed effort at reaching this population with the truth about abortion and abortion loss. Hispanics and blacks are targeted by Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers and have a disproportionate share of all abortions.1 Given the numbers impacted there is a desperate need for Spanish-language education, awareness and healing resources for their communities.
