Climate-Change Faith: Bishop Marcelo Sanchez Sorondo, chancellor of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences, spoke at a December 3 Acton Institute conference on Laudato Si in Rome. He insisted that the Pope’s support for climate-change is not mere opinion, but – quote – “part of the ordinary magisterium”. According to Sorondo it is owed the same obedience by the faithful as the recognition that abortion is a mortal sin.
Archbishop Has Respect for Mortal Sin: The radical Belgian archbishop Jozef De-Kesel whom Pope Francis named as the new archbishop of Brussels has declared about homosexuals: “I respect the way they experience sexuality.” De-Kesel believes that there are other forms of living together apart from marriage.
Self-Absorbed: 52-year-old Canadian Paul Wolscht was a father of six children until a few years ago, encouraged by “transgender” ideologists, he concluded that he should embrace a “transgender” identity as a six-year-old “girl”. It is certainly true that the environment is part of God's creation and that man must take care of it.

According to the above report he is insisting that is part of the Magisterium that any Change in Climate is not just a consequence of historical weather cycles but rather of human action. It is certainly true that the environment is part of God's creation and that man must take care of it.
I haven't read the text from Bp Sorono's conference. According to the above report he is insisting that is part of the Magisterium that any Change in Climate is not just a consequence of historical weather cycles but rather of human action. If so, then the bishop has adopted an outdated extreme version of Papal authority that somehow considers any Papal cough to be a message from God.
Even if it were part of the Magisterium, then we would be free to try to find a way of ignoring it, just as several bishops did at the last Synod with marriage and sexual morality.
