Supplementary translation of Father Abbot's words

“Obedience doesn't just mean to do some work here in the
monastery, but obedience is the mystery of Christ. When
we are thinking of the mystery of Christ we have to think
about the humbleness of Christ, the obedience of Christ
towards the father, and about the sacrifice of Christ.

When Christ the Saviour says “you are gods”, we
are gods according to grace. By our sacrifice, by
our obedience, we divinise our being, and become
sons of God by grace.”
