INFLAMMATORY MEDIA: On Michael Voris & Mrs. Niles.

Michael Matt and Christopher Ferrara respond to the latest barrage of unprovoked attacks leveled against traditional Catholics by Mr. Voris & Mrs. Niles (and their producer guy). Plus, a bombshell by the Catholic bishop in Kazakhstan.

We need real Catholics who will be willing to fight the truth with love, but not human's love but God's love following the truth doctrine. So many things are said ye not much is truly done, we need to start sanctifying ourselves. The destruction of the liturgy is also the destruction of the world and the damnation of many souls.

The main question seems to be: What do you put first truth or (Church) politics. There is no need to insult the Pope (insulting is a sin), but when the Pope is wrong he is wrong and a Catholic has to speak up all the more because the Pope himself wants an open discussion because the Church is led by the Holy Spirit and we have all reasons to believe that the Holy Spirit will not lead the Church into …More

All traditionalists concerned about the growing crisis in the Church should take their example from Michael Matt and the Remnant. As a paid member of CMTV (I plan to cancel!) I have seen a dramatic change in Michael Voris that seems to coincide with a couple of relatively recent events:

All traditionalists concerned about the growing crisis in the Church should take their example from Michael Matt and the Remnant. As a paid member of CMTV (I plan to cancel!) I have seen a dramatic change in Michael Voris that seems to coincide with a couple of relatively recent events:

1. His flip-flop regarding his really solid initial story on the midterm report at the Synod in which he correctly identified the Pope's influence on what was happening. I emailed him about my disappointment that he "took it all back" shortly thereafter citing his organization's policy not to criticize the pope. I received a couple of nasty (and cognitively dissonant defensive) emails from staff. I questioned of them whether the about face had any relationship to the person(s) who had paid for his entire trip to Rome to report on those two weeks.

2. Similarly, the change came at about the same time they were expanding into a new warehouse and hopping on their new bus to play with their new equipment and technology. Perhaps whoever provided those resources in a very sudden windfall have had an undo influence on Mike et al and they have literally sold their souls to the devil.

He's gone from being hard-hitting to being flat out nasty, with special vindictive aimed at fellow (?) traditionalists. He consistently ignores root causes of the crisis and its accelerating downward spiral and concentrates on symptoms like the whacky bishops and cardinals we see gaining favor BECAUSE they follow the lead of this pope. I find Ms. Niles to be almost clueless on issues of true tradition and the scope of the crisis. Others who appear seem to be very amateurish and, I imagine, that's due to the kinds of salaries the organization is able to provide. My only complaint about Michael Matt and Remnant is that you produce videos FAR TOO SELDOM to maintain an informative dialogue with those of us who hunger for true reportage on the rapid developments of the crisis in the Church.

I guess the rubber hits the rode next October. It appears that the Remnant and comparable traditional information outlets, the SSPX, Cardinal Burke and the few like him, Archbishop Lefebvre will all be proven right and represent the true Church. Whatchagonnado, Michael Voris when you face that tough choice? Oh, wait; I think you've already shown us.

What utter nonesense!!! I have never heard Mr Matt intimate that he nor Remnant readers need to split from the Church or become Sedevacantist. Let's make this clear... people who prefer the traditional Latin mass and sacraments are not a splinter group unto themselves. There is not one VII document that abolishes the Latin mass or states that you separate from the Church if you attend or somehow …More

There is not one VII document that abolishes the Latin mass or states that you separate from the Church if you attend or somehow become defacto Sedevacantists.
The Neo traditional Catholics must stop this divisive talk and join forces to get our Church back on the right track and re-establish Christ as the head.
