No Tolerance: According to Australian born Jesuit, Fr Mark Raper, the president of the Jesuit Provinces in the Asia-Pacific region, Pope Francis will – quote - “not tolerate” resistance to changes that came with the last Council, including a Church that is open to all – except to Catholic doctrine of cause. Raper told ucanews.com that the fundamental difference between Pope Francis and his predecessors is that he is "not just talking to the converted … he is talking to everyone,". Fr Raper is 73-year old.
Turning Away From Abomination: Fr Ray Blake tells the following story on his blog: “A few weeks ago I was walking down the main street here in the city in front of me was a heavily veiled Muslim women with two small children. A little further on were two chubby short haired women gazing into one another's eyes, they began to kiss. The Muslim mother immediately gathered her children to side and covered their faces with her coat.”
The Next on the List? Newark Archbishop John Myers may be the next U.S. prelate on the Pope Francis’ list to be sacked. The Boston Globe is mounting up pressure against him for allegedly having sheltered homosexual priests who turned abusive. What weakens Myers position is, that he belongs to the Catholic wing of the U.S. bishops. Although Pope Francis is presented as the pope of mercy, he seems not to extend this mercy to his brethren bishops.
Hypocrisy: The killing of a lion, named Cecil, in Zimbabwe by an American dentist has spawned widespread outrage. Cathlic League’s Bill Donohue comments: “Curiously, those who are protesting the loudest seem to have no problem with a doctor who kills little Cecilias in their mothers’ wombs.”
German Church: 45-year-old parish priest Helmut Guggemos from Weissenberg in the diocese of Augsburg announced after Sunday Mass that he will abandon the priesthood and wants to marry. How did the congregation received the announcement? with a long applause. Already the the previous pastor left the parish for a woman.

Fr. Mark Raper has his head in the clouds and needs to look around. The membership in the church is falling like a rock and has few vocations. If the leaders of the church don't make traditional changes quickly they will have to govern a much smaller church. Currently our leaders are so gay friendly that none of us want to be part of it - much like the Anglicans. Who also would "not tolerate" …More
Fr. Mark Raper has his head in the clouds and needs to look around. The membership in the church is falling like a rock and has few vocations. If the leaders of the church don't make traditional changes quickly they will have to govern a much smaller church. Currently our leaders are so gay friendly that none of us want to be part of it - much like the Anglicans. Who also would "not tolerate" resistance to changes. The last Council was a big mistake and will go down in history as a heresy like Arianism. Fr. Mark Raper should know better.
