Pope Benedict XVI Latin Institute - Radio Ad.
Inspired by the earnest desire expressed by
Pope Benedict XVI for a renewed appreciation of Latin as the universal language of the Roman Catholic Church, we are pleased to announce the establishment of the Pope Benedict XVI Latin Institute, an initiative of our own Saint Mary Cathedral here in Austin.
The faculty of experienced teachers of Latin will offer classes for all age groups ranging from elementary-age children to adults. Also offered will be a seminar to explore the writing of St. Thomas Aquinas through an understanding of Latin.
