Amen! Praise God. This preaching is similar to a reading attributed mostly to St. Albert the Great On Cleaving to God via ccel.org. He wrote 16 chapters on how to do what Father Nay just said in 6 minutes. Hard to describe but listening to it has been an experience of purification of the many distractions and to stay focused intently on the love of God and others. Highly recommend it.
