Plucking the Crucifixion out of eternity.

Go to www.georgetownvisitation.org, for the sisters of the Order of the Visitation of Holy Mary, of Georgetown, Washington D.C., who are the sponsors of this homily.

Homily by Fr. Anthony Brankin, of the Archdiocese of Chicago on Holy Thursday, 2010. The same body and blood offered the next day on the cross happens on our altars every day. Crucifixion does not remain on a hill in Jerusalem. The Mass is not just a bunch of holy words. Protestants don’t believe in the body and blood of Christ. Catholics who leave the Church lose this. The Mass is the difference in our lives between salvation and damnation.
