Saint John Calybite | The Saint Who Lived Humbly | Feast Day January 15 | Saint Story for Kids
Saint John Calybite lived in the early Church and gave up a comfortable life to follow Jesus more closely. Later, he returned to live as a poor beggar outside his own family home, without revealing who he was. Through patience, prayer, and love, he showed that true holiness does not seek attention or praise. In this episode, children will learn: Who Saint John Calybite was What humility really means Why God sees goodness even when others do not How loving God quietly can be very powerful Saint John’s story gently teaches kids that God looks at the heart — and that small, hidden acts of love matter greatly to Him. Feast Day: January 15 Liturgical Colour: White Perfect for families, classrooms, children’s liturgy, and young hearts learning about humility, patience, and love.

There is no need for anyone to play GOD

This is the sort of thing that people don't hear because we are not allowed to hear it.
Just like his famous Munich speech in 2007. Instead they tried to spin it as if he were threatening. Just a short video which says a lot about this man.
The West continues to play God with other nations. #putin #russia #iran #west #trump

Senate Republicans kill war powers effort to limit on Venezuela
CBS News congressional correspondent Nikole Killion has more details.
Republican leaders were able to garner enough support for their procedural maneuver to kill the resolution after Senators Josh Hawley of Missouri and Todd Young of Indiana flipped their position and joined the effort to stop it from coming up for a vote.

BREAKING: Saudi Arabia sends WARNING to Trump: “DO NOT TO STRIKE IRAN. DON’T START WAR” Saudi Arabia PROMISED Iran it won’t let American planes use its airspace for war. Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar are reportedly warning Washington that strikes would DESTROY oil markets and DESTABILIZE the entire region. Will Trump comply or act like a criminal?

Good for Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, pride will not allow him to listen to the warnings. They have moassad among others in Iran starting riots. Using ai and other means of deception. No one is showing the millions upon millions in favor of their government. Just those flown in and what they are doing.

British People Rise Up Against Bill Gates' Digital ID Scheme — Starmer's Digital Cage Is in Ruins

In a major defeat for intrusive digital governance, UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has scrapped his controversial plan to make digital ID cards compulsory for workers — a policy widely decried on social platforms like X as a dystopian “Mark of the Beast” scheme.
Sky News reported this evening that the government has abandoned the mandatory requirement for digital identity cards to prove eligibility to work in the UK by 2029, after months of fierce public backlash.
Sky’s live politics update confirmed Starmer’s U-turn — announcing the end of compulsory digital IDs, though the government still aims to use digital verification tools in some form.

A time will come when the decisive battle between the kingdom of Christ and that of Satan will be over marriage and the family. And those who work for the good of the family will experience persecution and tribulation. But there is no need to be afraid, for Our Lady has already crushed their heads!

‘Propaganda of the Deed’| The Ezra Klein Show
Propaganda of the deed, or propaganda by the deed, is a type of direct action intended to influence public opinion. The action itself is meant to serve as an example for others to follow, acting as a catalyst for social revolution.
It is primarily associated with acts of violence perpetrated by proponents of insurrectionary anarchism in the late 19th and early 20th century, including bombings and assassinations aimed at the state, the ruling class in a spirit of anti-capitalism, and church arsons targeting religious groups, even though propaganda of the deed also had non-violent applications. These acts of terrorism were intended to ignite a "spirit of revolt" by demonstrating the state, the middle and upper classes, and religious organizations were not omnipotent as well as to provoke the State to become escalatingly repressive in its response. The 1881 London Social Revolutionary Congress gave the tactic its approval.

UK government rolls back key part of digital ID plans

UK government rolls back key part of digital ID plans

Ministers have rolled back plans for a central element of the proposed digital ID plans, leaving open the possibility that people will be able to use other forms of identification to prove their right to work.
This will mean that the IDs,
announced to some controversy in September, will no longer be mandatory for working-age people, given that the only planned obligatory element was to prove the right to work in the UK.
While officials said this was not a U-turn, just a tweak before a detailed consultation on how the system will function, it will be viewed as the latest in a series of policy changes, including on business rates and inheritance tax for farmers.
When Keir Starmer announced the proposal for digital IDs by 2029 they were billed as voluntary, with the exception that they would be mandatory for people to show they were legally allowed to work.
This was portrayed by the prime minister as a main benefit of the plan. “Digital ID is an enormous opportunity for the UK,” he said …

Australia’s New Hate Speech Bill Is Reckless, Contradictory, and Repressive

On January 12, Australia’s Attorney-General Michelle Rowland stepped to the podium and announced what she called “the toughest hate laws Australia has ever seen.”
The government plans to push its Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism Bill 2026 through Parliament on January 20, turning Australia’s speech laws into something that reads more like a psychological test than a criminal code.
We obtained a copy of the bill for you
here (and the memorandum here.)
The same week Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was praising Iranians “standing up for their human rights,” his government was preparing to criminalize speech at home even when no one’s rights or feelings had actually been touched.
The bill’s centerpiece is a new racial vilification offense. It bans “publicly promoting or inciting hatred” based on race, color, or national or ethnic origin, with penalties of up to five years in prison.
The measure’s core novelty is what it removes: proof of harm.
It’s “immaterial,” the draft …

'The Revelations of Saint Bridget of Sweden'; ‘The Mother blesses her Son and prays to him that his words might be spread all over the world…’; Book I; Chapter 52

[Saint Bridget of Sweden/ Heliga Birgitta; XIV Century AD: aged 69-70; Uppland, Sweden/Rome, Papal States; Widow, Mystic; Spiritual Writer; Founder; Patroness of Europe]
“Chapter 52 ~ The Mother blesses her Son and prays to him that his words might be spread all over the world and take root in the hearts of his friends. And about how the Virgin is compared to a wonderful flower growing in a garden, and about the words of Christ that were sent through the bride to the pope and to other prelates of the Church.
The Holy Virgin spoke to the Son and said:
“Blessed be you, my Son and my God, Lord of angels and King of glory! I beg of you that the words that you have spoken may take root in the hearts of your friends and that their minds may cling as firmly to these words as the pitch with which Noah’s ark was plastered, which neither storm-waves nor winds could break and dissolve. May they be spread out all over the world like branches and sweet flowers whose fragrance is spread far and wide …More

"The Son answered: Blessed be you, my most beloved Mother! My angel Gabriel said to you: “Blessed art thou, Mary, among women!” And I bear witness to you that you are blessed and most holy above all the choirs of angels. You are like a flower in a garden that is surrounded by other fragrant flowers, but surpasses them all in scent, beauty, and virtue. These flowers are all the chosen men from Adam to the end of the world which were planted in the garden of the world and shone and smelled in manifold virtues. But among all of those who were and who will afterward come, you were the greatest in the fragrance of humility and a good life, in the beauty of the most pleasing virginity, and in the virtue of abstinence."

1st book of Samuel 4,1-11.
The Philistines gathered for an attack on Israel. Israel went out to engage them in battle and camped at Ebenezer, while the Philistines camped at Aphek.
The Philistines then drew up in battle formation against Israel. After a fierce struggle Israel was defeated by the Philistines, who slew about four thousand men on the battlefield.
When the troops retired to the camp, the elders of Israel said, "Why has the LORD permitted us to be defeated today by the Philistines? Let us fetch the ark of the LORD from Shiloh that it may go into battle among us and save us from the grasp of our enemies."
So the people sent to Shiloh and brought from there the ark of the LORD of hosts, who is enthroned upon the cherubim. The two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were with the ark of God.
When the ark of the LORD arrived in the camp, all Israel shouted so loudly that the earth resounded.
The Philistines, hearing the noise of shouting, asked, "What can this loud shouting in the …

Smart dust spying on your brain

https://www.technologyreview.com/2013/07/16/177343/how-smart-dust-could-spy-on-your-brain/
The real time monitoring of brain function has advanced in leaps and bounds in recent years. That’s largely thanks to various new technologies that can monitor the collective behaviour of groups of neurons, such as functional magnetic resonance imaging, magnetoencephalopathy and positron emission tomography.
This work is revolutionising our understanding of the way the brain is structured and behaves. It has also lead to a new engineering discipline of brain-machine interfaces, which allows people to control machines by thought alone.
Impressive though these techniques are, they all suffer from inherent limitations such as limited spatial resolution, a lack of portability and extreme invasiveness.
Today, Dongjin Seo and pals at the University of California Berkeley reveal an entirely new way to study and interact with the brain. Their idea is to sprinkle electronic sensors the size of dust particles …
