Then in the same breath recommends contact tracing for the two days before symptoms anyway. No single evidence. But trace them, isolate them, log them, just in case. This is the entire COVID playbook over again. Admit the data does not support the measure. Invoke "precaution". Roll out the measure, and eventually call anyone who points at the contradiction a conspiracy theorist. "Public health approach" is the magic phrase that they will use again to strip you from your civil tights. They told you exactly what they are planning to do.
