In the Roman Basilica Santa Maria in Aracoeli, in Rome's very center, a plaque is displayed which restricts the reception of Holy Communion, reports MessaInLatino.it (March 20).
The basilica is run by Franciscan Friars. The plaque is written in Italian and three other, badly translated languages.
In English it says, “During the Holy Mass can do Eucharistic communion only baptized in a state of grace.”
