Catholic Bishops Do Have Vocations

Bishop Dominique Rey of Fréjus-Toulon, a small diocese in southern France, has 90 seminarians according to the French Communist newspaper Libération. There were 15 seminarians when he arrived in the diocese. Rey’s method is simple: He favors Catholicism over Modernism.

Rey is a former financial inspector and belongs to the Charismatic community Emmanuel.

His diocese organizes also camps in support of masculinity, "We are in a very maternalising society, we need to rediscover the masculine identity or we will only have care bears or brutes".

There are plans in France to close 17 out of 35 seminaries.
