The director of the Holy See Press Office, Fr. Federico Lombardi, announced this morning that the defendant Francesca Immacolata Chaouqui’s lawyer presented medical certification pursuant to a hospital visit, requiring “total bedrest” for twenty days. The woman is currently pregnant.
The President of the Tribunal has ruled that the next hearing will take place on 6 April at 10.30 a.m. instead of tomorrow 18 March.
