Once again I don’t mean to open up another can of worms here. I do understand your concerns Ruth about Christians being led astray to almost the same degree, if not more than some unbelievers. I’ll give you my honest assessment of Mike Adams. Sometimes he sounds almost like a Christian when I listen to him. At others times he sounds like a new ager. Just my opinion. I don’t know Mike Adam’s heart. Or where or if he stands with the Lord. However, I would choose listening to Mike any day over anyone who is intentionally deceptive.
However, as I told another poster on this site. I don’t look for spiritual guidance from everyone. Neither do I look for deception of any sort from anyone. For those who may have knowledge of something (non-spiritual) that I may be uninformed about or unskilled at. There are plenty of these people to get info from. They come a dime a dozen. They are strong in natural knowledge. Those who walk in faith and obedience to Christ are capable of being strong in spiritual knowledge. And there are some Christians who seem to me to be a jack of all trades in survival matters. I try to play it safe and get Godly knowledge from Godly people and leave it at that. If a Christian can teach me on gardening, etc. That’s good too.
I and other Christians (maybe not all as of yet) endeavor to draw from God’s preserving power, grace, wisdom and strength not to fall into these destructive categories pertaining to sin and deception:
1) The itching ears category as described in 2nd Timothy Chapter 4 verse 3.
2) First Timothy 6:10 about having such a love for money that one errs from the faith.
3) Second Thessalonians 2:11 about God sending a strong delusion on those who have no love for the truth that they might be saved and believing a lie. Not trying to take this verse out of context. But it’s apparent to me that believing lies and living under a delusion is already at work in those who reject the truth. Living under a spirit of delusion controlled my life by my choice before Jesus met me where I was at.
4) Being ever mindful of the Apostle Peter’s wise council in 2 Peter 1: 1-12 and his other writings.
5) Remembering that it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. For me in this world and the world to come (Hebrews 10:31).
6) Remembering the curses and the blessings mentioned in the Books of Deuteronomy and Leviticus. I don’t want to be cursed going in and going out. Nor cursed in the city and cursed in the field.
Those are just a few of the scriptures that the good Lord constantly reminds me of that aids me and others in being watchful and mindful of the destructiveness of sin and deception, so that we can continue to reap the benefits and the divine protection of living in the secret place of the most High as recorded in Psalm 91: 1-16.

Mike Adams’ podcasts contain useful advice on prepping, diet, and home remedies. I don’t listen to Adams for theology nor recommend others do so.
He still has an interesting point in this short video. The globalists are fine with plastic, silicon, and mercury in our environment but want to restrict or eliminate natural things. Carbon, nitrogen, oxygen.
That much is true. It speaks volumes about what we’re up against. It’s a war against the natural.

Well said Anthony , and I by no means undermine anyone suffering from depression , I know it is very real and can be devastating for some . But one thing I have noticed depression especially amongst believers usually begins when we take our eyes off of God and fix them on ourselves . The psalmist in Psalm 62 says I am at rest in God alone . When we understand the battle of principalities and powers of the air their is only one weapon , the sword of truth .
The only thing I would disagree with you , is the snapping out of it our selves , yes their is a decision on our part to turn to God but ultimately it is the Holy Spirit that will heal us and give us that peace back . I’m sure that’s what you were getting at .
The other thing is maybe we can all lift Rachel up in prayer which I’m sure most do

With regard to my advice to Rachel to “snap out of it”. I feared for her safety and it was not the time to get into a deep spiritual conversation because she wouldn’t have had the mind for it at the time.
Sometimes we have to help somebody in a simple practical way. We have to be careful not to spiritualise everything when there are often other circumstances that a person might be dealing with.
I hope Rachel doesn’t mind me answering your comment this way, but I just wanted to clarify my intentions. I was not trying to be rude or arrogant towards Rachel. I was being harsh because I felt that the situation warranted it in order to help her to refocus.

Both Daniel and Christ’s apostle John were given spiritual visions of Israel’s kingdom being ingested by the FIRST beast with ten horns and seven heads that arose out of the sea of humanity. Babel’s/Babylon’s king Nebuchadnezzar was also given a vision of his global kingdom being a great fruitful tree in the midst of the earth with him being the gold head of the 7-headed beast. Around the year 571 BC of the king’s vision, the fruitful tree of his golden kingdom, that richly provided for the world’s needs, was cut down with its green stump double banded. Seven ‘times’ (7×360=2520 days/years) passed over the stump of Babylon’s fallen gold head. Seven ‘times’ later (2520 years), in 1949 AD, the FIRST beast’s golden head was revived by the messianic little horn of the regenerated SECOND beast. Israel’s scattered people once again are rounded up to patriotically worship the sacred image of the FIRST beast’s revived gold head; as they have become a captive nation that is democratically incorporated within Neo-Babel’s Socialistically-Secured UN global village (Daniel 4:13-16).
With its mortal wound healed, the whole world marveled and followed the 7-headed beast with ten horns. A little horn with a powerful prophetic mouth arose out of the FIRST beast’s wounded gold head. It is clear from the text that only one beast is mentioned in Revelation 13:5
There is no point in discussing this topic with you since you choose to blatantly misrepresent what the text actually says.
You also begin your comment with the first chapter appearing as though it were from me.
Your comment is a confused mess. You even got the date when Israel became a nation, wrong. Israel became a nation on May 14th in 1948 and not in 1949 as you seem to suggest.

To understand the context of the mouth given to the FIRST beast in Revelation 13:5, one must know about the mouth of the little horn in Daniel 7:18. This little horn’s mouth blasphemously speaks from the midst of the ten horns on the FIRST beast’s head. And the arising of this little horn is that false prophet, which is the SECOND beast.
Israel was admitted to the United Nations as a full member on May 11, 1949, not on May 14th, 1948 as you falsely suggest. So I’m not going to indulge your comments’ confusing mess and nonsense. You seem to get an amillennialist idea into your head and then choose to blatantly misrepresent or ignore those scriptures that prove you wrong. Anthony, you will never arrive in the Kingdom of Heaven’s eternal Truth if you reject the authenticity of apostle John’s Revelation of Jesus Christ and read the scriptures with such unbelieving bias!

I will work with those parts of Revelation which do not contradict the teaching of Christ and his apostles.
But those parts of Revelation which seem to contradict the clear teaching of Christ and His apostles, need to be questioned. It may be that people’s understanding of those texts could be wrong since Revelation uses prophetic language and strong symbolism which can be misinterpreted as is often the case.
We cannot build doctrine on texts which we do not understand.

I have seen it. I don’t like Bourla and hate the shots. But it’s an edited version. Originally Bourla said, “We are on track to eliminating the lack of medical care for half the world’s population.” They could be planning this but promoting the (carefully) edited hoax only discredits us.

Well, what have we here? Could it be that we really are entering the last days of the Last Days, or is it just another false alarm in a long history of false alarms? Time will tell.

The NWO is coming, it’s a certainty as it’s in Bible prophecy (Rev. 13). But we also know they don’t get their way with everything. Otherwise there would be no one left at the end, but there are as we read. God will protect His own and it’s good to be in the know and take action in certain ways, but also have faith and rest in the fact that God is still on the throne. It’s all going bonkers and accelerating from everywhere at once, don’t be surprised if it gets worse real soon again.

According to Revelation 13 the reign of the Beast from the Sea will only last 42 months. Something will cut it short.

Yes, 1260 days or 42 months which is half of 7 years. 7 being the number representing divinity, riddled throughout the Bible. Nothing will cut anything short. This is the number of days designated by God Himself for Satan’s reign.

Rachel, we do not know to what extent and for how long the globalists will wreak havoc on the good people of the Earth. They are wreaking this havoc now and have actually throughout history. It appears it will go on for some time in its current form before all things are in place for Revelation 13 to come to fulfillment. However, Satan’s rule will be brief, 3.5 years. I imagine a lot of good people are going to die. One of my questions is will some of these be the “elect” perishing? I am not sure but I am inclined to think so. Anthony’s scriptural reference of Matthew 24 is a perfect counterpoint but I am not sure exactly how to interpret it. I.e. are the days going to be shortened in the number of hours, the number of days or some divine intervention resulting in haven in another dimension? Or is it to be taking literally? It is going to be horrible in any case.

Hmm. I wonder if Cory Ten Boom felt that way while in the Nazi concentration camp. Actually, she did, until her sister set her straight. God has a purpose for everything and who are we to understand the mind of God? His ways are higher than our ways and we have to go on faith that he knows what he’s doing. Not saying it will be easy, especially as we head into what looks like the tribulation period, but suffering has always been a part of the Christian ethos, starting with Christ Himself and then his apostles.

In my comment I was responding to the sentence in your statement where you say “Nothing will cut anything short.” I was not referring to the reign of the Satan which is a separate subject. I will offer my opinion on that later.
In Mathew 24 Jesus is giving a straightforward answer to a straight forward question. He is not using the strong symbolism we see being used in Revelation, so I would subject Revelation 13 to the clear teaching of Jesus in Mat 24.
Jesus has given us no reason to believe that the days he mentions represent anything other than 24 hour days so I believe that we should stick to the literal common sense meaning of a day representing 24 hours.
Even if the length of the days were shortened as you have suggested, then Christ’s statement that the great tribulation will be shortened would still be true
So your statement that “Nothing will cut anything short.” is contrary to the teaching of Jesus Christ.
With regard to the elect:
The ‘elect’ will certainly go through the great tribulation because they are not raptured until Jesus returns after the great tribulation. (Mat 24:29-31)
There are some who believe that the ‘elect’ does not include the church, but when we read 1st Peter 1:2 we can see where Peter clearly refers to Christians as being ‘elect’ .
1st Peter 1:2
“Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.”

Before I comment on Revelation 13, let me just say that there is nowhere in the bible, that I’m aware of, which states that Satan’s reign is limited to forty two months.
In 2 Corinthians 4:4, Satan is described as the god of this world.
“In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”
In Luke’s gospel we see Satan offering Jesus all of the kingdoms of this world in a failed effort to cause Jesus to worship him.
5″And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
6And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
7If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.” (Luke 4:5-7)
SO, HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS ON REVELATION 13:
In Revelation 13 We see that there are two beasts mentioned, a FIRST beast and a SECOND beast.
We see the dragon giving his power and his seat to the first beast And we see a continuation of the dragon’s power after the first beasts forty two month reign which results in the manifestation of a second beast.
In verse 2 we see the dragon giving his power to the first beast.
“And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.”
Further on in verse 4, we see the first beast being worshipped along with the dragon
“And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?”
And in the next verse we see the mention of a forty two month period in relation to the first beast.
5. “And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months”.
Notice that the the “reign of Satan” is not mentioned in verse 5.
In verse 7 we see that it was given to the first beast to war with the saints.
7 “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.”
But wait ! Notice that there is much more to come after the forty two months mentioned. Let’s read what follows…
11 “And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.”
So Revelation 13 doesn’t finish with the forty two months. In fact the forty two month period is followed by the arrival of another beast.
The second beast is seen here as introducing a time of more spiritual phenomena and deception than the first beast.
12 “And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
13And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
14And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. ”
It is the second beast who sets up the image to the first beast. Not only that but the second beast has power to actually give life to the image of the first beast.
15 “And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
16And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”
I see a correlation between he setting up of this image and the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place as described by Jesus in Mat 24.
If I am correct then this will be the darkest time in human history and it happens under the reign of the SECOND beast with no time limit given to us as to how long it will last. We are not told how long the second beast will be in power.
We know that in Mathew 24 that Jesus describes a time of great spiritual manifestations which would deceive the elect if that were possible.
This comes after the wars, the famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
It is this spiritual age that Jesus refers to as a time of great tribulation. The spiritual carnage that happens during this spiritual age which happens when the abomination of desolation is seen standing in the holy place, will dwarf any other tribulation.
Christians have always gone though tribulation. Even today in countries like North Africa, Christians continue to die for their faith.
But the tribulation to date is nothing compared to what will happen in the spiritual age to come. I am constantly warning Christians about this spiritual age which will dwarf the wars the famines and pestilences and earthquakes.
We are told that those who refuse to worship the image will be killed, but I believe that this is a fate far more preferable to what will happen to whose who worship the image of the beast.
I believe that the spiritual torture which will happen to unbelievers who worship the beast will be worse than we can imagine. (just my opinion)
In Revelation 13 we are not told how long the spiritual age will last under the second beast but we do know that it comes AFTER the forty two months mentioned in relation to the first beast. So the forty two months cannot be used to measure anything else other than a limited period of authority given to the first beast since this period is followed by the arrival of the second beast.
So to conclude,
I see two beasts mentioned in Revelation 13.
I see the first beast as representing a military power who is given a forty two month period during which time it is given to him to make war with the saints.
There is no mention of the forty two months representing the ‘great tribulation’ or a time limit to Satan’s reign. On the contrary, we are told that this forty two month period is followed by a second period which will be dominated by a SECOND beast who will represent a more obvious spiritual agenda with signs and wonders.
I see a correlation between the abomination of desolation in Mathew 24 and the setting up of the image by the second beast in Revelation 13.
If my understanding is correct then I believe that it is the SECOND beast who will usher in the ‘great tribulation’ . He will cause the people to make an image to the first beast and he has power to cause the image to become alive so that it is able to speak.
The great tribulation will be so terrible that no flesh would survive were it not for God’s intervention.
Mat 24:22
“And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.”
So my comments above are just my opinions based on my understanding of the bible. I hope that they are helpful.
May God help you folks and me and all the brethren as we approach the dreadful times ahead so that we may be found standing as faithful Christians, ready for Christ should He return during our lifetime.

As you have pointed out, there are many references and “Biblical Links” if you will, that offer guidance and some understanding, the more one ponders the future. I believe if we watch carefully what is going on and pay attention to the tireless efforts of folks like Leo Hohmann who draw attention to what many would miss or misinterpret, we can get a grasp of what is coming and when married up with a deep dive into Scripture, we have a chance of obtaining the best possible outcome for ourselves and our families. Your many references illustrate plainly the need for people to read the Bible and ancient texts, including those perhaps obscured by the dark forces of evil, so that we can be ready when the time comes. It is a scary future, but fascinating to consider in the Light of God. Thank you again for providing the chapters and verses. God Bless.

Interesting video from Mike Adams, Leo. Lots of truth bombs in their too. I hadn’t seen this one. One thing for sure on this end. I would never have learned anything I needed to know, if I felt that the messengers had to be on the same page with me about everything. I’ll leave it at that.

I’ve noticed a ‘New Age’ trend being pushed on some of these sites. I simply ignore the ‘New Age’ propaganda being pushed by the site hosts and read the news that interests me.
I often take the opportunity to challenge ‘New Age’ beliefs when the opportunity arises, i.e., when answering other peoples comments. I think that a voice of truth in the comments section on these sites can help keep other Christians from being led astray.
I think that as Christians we need to able to use discretion, since bumping into false doctrine, these days, is unavoidable.
That’s just my opinion. I respect your concern though. I think a cautionary note like the one you’ve posted is a good idea and might be helpful especially for young Christians who may not have the discretion to recognise and reject ‘New Age’ teaching when they are exposed to it.

I hear you Anthony. Once again, as a pastor friend of mine told me over 20 years ago. Eat the meat and throw away the bone. We were talking about a deceased pastor who seemed to be spot on about everything scripture related. Then one day I discovered that he didn’t seem to have any belief in healing or the gifts of the Spirit. I started to stop listening to him. An inner voice reminded me to reject the man’s disbelief on things he may have been wrong about, and continue to receive the things the man taught that was absolutely right according to the scriptures.
The pastor I’m talking about was not being willfully deceptive by any means. Neither was he a member of any false religions I was aware of at the time. He just happened to believe that the Holy Spirit gifts of the early church after Jesus’ ascension back to heaven had passed away. And that they were no longer available to the modern church. I believe they still are for those who are anointed by God and choose to walk in that anointing by the way. But I won’t bicker with anyone about anything they are content to believe. It profits nothing.
Hope I’m not opening up another can of worms to whomever may read this. I’m just saying that I for one will not reject the truth because in any matter, because I may not understand or believe everything that a person speaks on. If a person is wrong and/or are being willfully deceptive. I trust that God is more than able to reveal that to anyone seeking Him. Rather than being preoccupied with being deceived. I focus on getting the truth even if God uses a donkey to bring it forth.

From what I see in Christians whom I know who follow Adams, they are taking his information “as Gospel.” They just haven’t researched him–or don’t care to. I saw a quote of his in which he denigrates “meat eaters and climate change deniers,” and for a different audience, opposes the climate change globalists. Which is it? What does he really believe? As far as (no pun intended) “eating the meat and spitting out the bones”–the Bible tells us to not mix truth with error (“a little leaven…”)
Here are a couple of other quotes from Adams:

In fairness to the pastor. He was probably trying to protect his congregation from the demonic phenomena such as the so called Toronto blessing which was happening in the fake Pentecostal church and which continues to this day.
It’s like a disease which can be carried by one person into the congregation and then spread to many others. How many fellowships have been ruined by demons masquerading as the Holy Spirit?
To be honest I would suggest that the late pastor’s church was a safe place to go, unlike so many other churches who are afraid to take a stand against fake Pentecostalism. He didn’t state that he was against the gifts of the Spirit from what I can gather from your comment.
I’m not saying that God no longer bestows the gifts of the Holy Spirit on individuals. But there’s so much demonic fakery that a Christian has to be very careful. We are told to “try the spirits, whether they are of God”. (1John 4:1)
A pastor who teaches his congregation will incur a stricter judgement than you or me, so the pastor you mention had every right to be extremely cautious.
We are in a time when the people of God are being starved of sound teaching. Instead we see the growth of the apostate church where God’s truth is discarded in favour of sensationalism.
So I am on the side of the late pastor who I believe was a good and faithful servant who was doing his best to protect his congregation.
May it be on the day of judgement that Christ will say to him, “Well done thou good and faithful servant”

Anthony your assessment on the late pastor and what I was talking about was good. It was only a few moments after I had decided to stop listening to him, that there was no doubt in my mind that the Lord reminded me of all the truths the pastor had spoken. And the man had never been willfully deceptive on any point to my knowledge. And that was the start of a learning point for me, to realize that I didn’t have to believe or agree with everything a person says to get some truth, wisdom, knowledge or understanding from them about something. And I for one can use all of those virtues I can get.
And there are people alive today, whom I’m not sure if or where they stand with the Lord. But something can be learned from some people regardless of their spiritual state. However, there are people who may not be the best person to go to for spiritual advice at the moment. But I had to learn to be open-minded enough to learn where to get spiritual advice on the issues of life. And where to get natural advice on things such as how to do repairs, build things, gardening, etc. My main point being that we may not always be able to get knowledge from every Christian on natural things pertaining to our survival. And I won’t be picky where I may learn things such as prepping, survival, self-defense, health & medicine, etc. I just try to make sure to be alert and reject the leaven of the Pharisees and the Sadducees as Jesus told His disciples (Matt. 16:6). During my early Christian days. I too was of the opinion that people that didn’t walk with God couldn’t tell me anything. I don’t live there anymore. More than likely I will reject emotional or spiritual advice from a non-believer of Jesus. But I’m open to sound advice on survival skills from anyone.
There’s one more brief thing I want to mention before closing. I don’t remember the religious leader’s name. And I won’t mention his denomination to prevent opening another can of worms. There was a time when I would have not listened to one word that anyone spoke that was a member of that man’s denomination. All of that changed for me after the 1980’s. The title of the video is what caught my attention. This was a few months ago. The things the man I’m talking about in the video I looked at contained more truths about evil in the world, reproof, rebuke and admonition than I hear from the typical, so-called Christian pastors. I have no plans to convert to the man’s denomination or religion I’m talking about. But the man was spot on in his rebuke of most business, political and church leaders today. There’s an ole cliche about not throwing out the baby with the bath water. A person doesn’t have to be deceived, or fall away from Christ to hear some type of beneficial information from someone who may not yet or ever will follow Jesus. This being my main point of trying to help people to truly understand where I’m coming from with this topic.

Well said Anne. That’s a good common sense comment. It’s true that we have to interact with the world at some level. Jesus recognised that when He said “‘Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s;”
As I said to Ruth earlier, “I think that as Christians we need to able to use discretion, since bumping into false doctrine, these days, is unavoidable.”
My main concern though is for younger Christians who may lack discernment, and are lured by sound advice on one subject only to be fed with false advice on another subject.
I found the video above to be very informative.
To be fair to Leo, I think he just posted it for it’s content value with no other agenda in mind. But I respect Ruth’s concern and her diligence in pointing out the truth about Mike Adam’s ‘new age’ beliefs which Adams actively promotes on his site.
I am currently debating on an interview which Adams just posted on one of his sites where he speaks with a dodgy new ager who claims to be a Christian. It’s disappointing to see so many people in the comments section who cant distinguish between ‘new age’ teaching and biblical Christianity.
We need to be so vigilant in these dark days.

Adams knows where his market is and is working to keep his consumers on side. His consumers are typically a mix between right wing survivalists and Christians on the one hand. And on the other hand ‘new agers’ including yogis who have an appetite for herbal foods etc.,
He invested a half million dollars in his new TV channel so he is making a lot of money.

I agree with you. I see a correlation between Christ’s warning and the coming ‘new age’. If I am correct then we can expect to see an age of huge demonic activity which I believe will be launched when the man of sin sits in the holy place showing himself that he is god (2nd Thessalonians 2) and will be an age of huge spiritual deception and delusion resulting in the great tribulation.

Because of your comment I found the recent interview of Adams with David Wilcock, who was purporting to be a Christian, and who said St Germain (which he said was one of God’s angels or an ET) was at the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Wilcock says St Germain told the declaration signers that this declaration is all being guided and AMerica is a big part of The Angelic Plan. Then Wilcock says we have a choice between going along with this plan and the book of Revelation. That there is an ET-assisted alternative to Revelation which involves a great awakening. It is highly unusual that you led me to this because St Germain was a commonly heard name in my household when I was little because my grandmother belonged to a cult that lived on Mt Shasta in CA (because that’s where the cult leader first encounered this, what he termed ascended master, St Germain). The cult is still there. My grandmother talked about Jesus all the time, but he was the cosmic Jesus, who was an ascended master, not the Jesus of the Bible. Another Jesus, if you will. These people believe that we don’t have to die, but by living according to St Germain’s doctrines, could “make their ascension” directly to heaven. They also believe in reincarnation. This is the kind of Christian that Mike Adams has on his programs. All this is the very Lie that scripture says will be believed when the A/C comes on the scene.

I think that we all go through lows as we struggle in this immoral world and as we consider the future of the world.
Materiel wealth is short lived and cannot compare with true spiritual wealth.
We should be storing our wealth where rust and moth do not corrupt.
But you know all of this.
Depression can be black hole. Once you sink into it, despair can set in. You need to snap out of it, NOW!!
You need to stop the self pity and pull yourself together. What will be, will be. So focus on your mental welfare today. “Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.”
Maybe you should take up a hobby like knitting which can be very therapeutic, and spend less time thinking about the world crises.
