Priest in the apostolic vicariate of West Tonkin (in modern Vietnam). Imprisoned for six months in the persecutions of Thieu Tri, and repeatedly order to renounce his faith; Father Phêrô refused. Martyr.

beheaded on 12 July 1842 in Hà Tinh, Vietnam
