Francis cancelled his pointless Dubai trip to the 28th UN Climate Hysteria Conference on December 1-3 at the request of his doctors, Vatican spokesman Matteo Bruni announced.
The reason is a “flu-like condition and inflammation of the respiratory tract.” Francis accepted the doctors' advice “with great regret.”
Just hours before, Bruni confirmed the travel plans. Francis will hold Wednesday's audience, though it may be only via livestream.

The Latin Mass Society organised a Pontifical Low Mass in Milton Keynes, 1.5 hours’ drive from London, on November 26.
The celebrant was Bishop Athanasius Schneider. He also gave a talk on “Restoring All Things in Christ.”
Due to Traditionis custodes the Mass was celebrated in the gym of St Paul's Catholic School while local St Edward's Church was empty, a reminder of the Penal Laws (1554-1829).
The beautifully improvised altar contrasted with the basketball hoop, floor, and plastic chairs.

Francis announced last week, during a meeting with the heads of the Vatican dicasteries, that he was planning "measures of an economic nature" and "canonical sanctions" against Cardinal Burke, a "senior prelate" told Corriere.it (November 28) confirming previous news that Burke will be deprived of his home and salary.
The "senior prelate" is one of the cardinals who attended the meeting, apparently Tucho Fernández, who leaked the information on behalf of Francis in order to prepare the public for Francis' next abuse of power.
ApNews.com added that Francis called Burke at the meeting a source of “disunity” in the Church.

A court in Teruel, Spain, has dismissed the case against a priest under investigation for “sexual abuse” of a woman, citing a lack of evidence. The request to dismiss the case was supported by the Public Prosecutor's Office. The decision cannot be appealed.
InfoVaticana.com (November 27) notes that Terul Bishop José Antonio Satué has now seen the acquittal of one of his priests. Satué is the judge of José Martínez, an Opus Dei teacher, who is falsely accused of abuse, whom Satué wants to condemn at all costs.

"Cardinal Burke is my enemy, so I am taking away his apartment and his salary", Francis is reported to have said during the meeting with the heads of the dicasteries of the Roman Curia on 20 November (LaNuovaBQ.it, November 27).
This information was later confirmed by other sources. Burke is currently in the United States.

Homosexual acts are "objectively sinful" but should not be criminalised and people should be helped to understand it better, Ghana's Curia Cardinal Peter Turkson, 75, told BBC.com (November 27).
He added that practiced homosexuality [and any other sin] is not alien to the Ghanaian society because Akan, one of Ghana's languages, has an expression for “men who act like women and women who act like men.”
Turkson is aware of “attempts to link some foreign donations and grants to certain positions.” His comments come as Ghana's parliament debates a bill imposing penalties on homosexual acts.
He is at odds with the bishops of his homehountry. Ghana's bishops have stated that practiced homosexuality is "despicable" and have declared that Western countries should “stop the incessant attempts to impose unacceptable foreign cultural values [= Western decadence] on us.”

Presiding German Bishop Georg Bätzing has written aggressive complaints against presiding Polish Archbishop Stanisław Gądecki.
Rp.pl calls Bätzig’s November 21 letter "vitriolic." Gądecki criticised the German bishops for trying to abolish Catholic morality on homosexuality in the name of "[pseudo-]scientific findings". He argued that, once before in Germany, racial policies were justified in the name of "scientific findings".
Bätzing now cries about Gądecki’s “unbrotherly behaviour” and an “enormous overstepping" of his powers.
He accuses him of making [allegedly] “false” claims about the German Synod in a letter to Francis, which he describes as “extremely unacceptable and un-Catholic.”
Furthermore, Bätzing attacks Gądecki for an [alleged] “distant attitude” towards [currently decadent] parliamentary democracy - while both Gądecki and Bätzing are very much in line with their respective governments.

Bishop Joseph Strickland has said that he was removed as a diocesan bishop because he “was guarding the deposit of faith that people in the Vatican want to change” (Bishop Strickland Show, November 26).
“Forces in the Vatican want changes, significant, important changes in the fabric of truth that is the duty for the bride of Christ to proclaim to the ages”, he explained.
For Strickland this is “foolishness” because truth cannot change.
He mentioned again a minor problem he had in Tyler in 2018 when three diocesan officials whom he “naively” trusted too much tried "to run the dioceses according to their will and using me as a bishop.”
Strickland had to dismiss them. The three moved on with their lives, but they had built into their contracts generous severance packages “that were beyond anything appropriate,” taking advantage of the donations to the diocese.

Francis is more seriously ill than previously admitted.
On Sunday, he appeared only via video link at the Angelus prayer sitting in the chapel of Santa Marta.
“Today I can't go to the window because I have this problem with the inflammation of my lungs [= pneumonitis].” He pointed to his left lung with his right hand. An infusion access was visible on his hand. When he was 21, he had a small part of his right lung removed after a serious lung infection.
Monsignor Paolo Braida read Francis' reflection and most of the greetings. Francis then took the microphone to wish everyone a happy Sunday and a good lunch.
Previously, the Vatican press office said he was just suffering from the flu, which made little sense given that he had an outpatient CT scan of his chest on Saturday.

The (S)ex-Synod was steered towards the acceptance of an [invalid] female diaconate and homosexualism, Cardinal Müller told LifeSiteNews.com (November 19).
The invited participants – apart from those chosen by the bishops – were deliberately selected for this purpose.
Müller explained that the focus was not on pastoral care for individuals, but on the ideological destruction of the family, “If you call every possible union 'marriage', then what is marriage then? If you say A equals B, then what is A? And that's the point.”
He added that most bishops are "credulous" [= lazy, opportunistic] or "naïve" [= stupid], when it comes to global politics such as Covid propaganda, “When they are approached emotionally and touched by that emotion, they think that is 'pastoral'” [showing their emotional immaturity].
And, “There are not many clear thinkers who look behind the scenes. They think you can make a few compromises.” Müller must have had Francis in mind when he said this.

Na kilka dni przed śmiercią doznał niewydolności serca i był hospitalizowany z obustronnym zapaleniem płuc. Franciszek został poinformowany o stanie zdrowia Buela i udzielił mu swojego apostolskiego błogosławieństwa.
Buela założył męski odłam swojej wspólnoty w 1984, a żeński w 1988. Instytut trafił pod nadzór komisarza z ramienia Franciszka.
Następnie odseparowano Buela od wspólnoty ze względu na wiarygodne zarzuty o homoseksualne grzechy.

Francis cancels all audiences for Saturday due to “a slight flu-like condition”. VaticanNews.va tries to explain that “Rome, like much of Italy, has seen a drop in temperatures in recent days, as well as a spike in seasonal illnesses such as the influenza virus.” Only a fortnight ago, Francis had to suspend part of his schedule because he felt "a little unwell".

Cardinal Müller celebrated the Latin Mass, which Francis is desperately trying to ban, in the Roman priory of the Institute of the Good Shepherd on November 24.
It's clear that Müller has no routine in celebrating Mass as, for example, he doesn't keep his index finger and thumb together after the consecration.

Winona–Rochester Bishop Robert Barron, Minnesota, a neo-conservative, is in “frank disagreement” with the final report of the [S]ex-Synod (WordOnFire.org, November 21).
He points to the richly articulated Catholic moral theology with John Paul II as example, "To say that this multilayered, philosophically informed, theologically dense system is incapable of handling the subtleties of human sexuality is just absurd.”
During the [S]ex-Synod, it was suggested that unspecified "advances in our scientific understanding" required a "rethinking" of our sexual teaching.
Barron exposes the underlying fallacy that [alleged] "advances in the sciences" require per se permanent changes in moral teaching.
Using homosexuality as an example, he admits that biology, anthropology, and chemistry [and developmental psychology: abuse, weak father figure] may shed light on the aetiology of homosexal temptation “but they will not tell us a thing about whether homosexual behaviour is right or wrong.”

The lawyer for José María Martínez, the Opus Dei teacher and victim of false abuse accusations, met on November 13 with Teruel Bishop José Antonio Satué, 55, the judge of his case (JoseMariaMartinezGaztelueta.com, November 24).
• Satué has changed the rules of the case, he now simply considers Martínez “guilty” and wants to expel him from the Opus Dei.
• The question of why this change was made, remains unanswered, which constitutes an abuse of power.
• Martínez: “Since canon law could not condemn me, they are now inventing an alternative procedure so that Opus Dei can condemn me.”

Antonio Ortega of Costa Rica's Frente Amplio, a left-wing political party, proposed a bill in September that would force priests to violate the seal of confession.
Finally, a bishop took the trouble to speak out against it. San José Auxiliary Bishop Daniel Blanco told an online conference (CostaRicanTimes.com, November 20) that such a bill was "an unacceptable violation of the freedom of the Church”.
