On Saturday, Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin confirmed that he tried to find a solution in Venezuela that would avoid bloodshed, including seeking an agreement with Nicolás Maduro and other representatives of the government. This Synod idea with Laity present is just about to blow up in leo's face. The German and Spanish Church want to push the envelope to be all inclusive in their ideologies, and WILL in fact erupt into chaos when leo tries to stamp it out. The problem in the Church is the financial handcuffs that every Bishop and Cardinal has that prevents them from speaking out on this matter. A fine example is when Cardinal Burke was told by the Vatican to exit and move out of the Vatican property apartment you occupy. To prevent this from happening, the well to do laity with additional living quarters, should contact their favorite Cardinal or Bishop and offer their services.
