A big company decided to send three employees to a professional development program.
The first one to go was a data analyst.
He came back three days later and reported: “The course was fascinating. They taught us how to build a full analytical model. The model doesn’t actually work yet, but hey — the architecture is gorgeous.”
The second one was a sales manager.
He returned after two days and announced: “Fantastic training. They taught us how to sell anything. If you want, I can sell you my completion certificate — it’s still warm.”
The third was a logistics specialist.
He didn’t return after three days.
Not after five.
Two weeks went by before he finally walked back into the office — tanned, relaxed, and looking extremely pleased with himself.
Everyone rushed him: “Where have you been?!”
He shrugged: “Well… did anyone book me a return date?
Did anyone put down the office address?
Did anyone list a contact person in case I got lost?
No? Thought so.
So I applied what they taught …More

Australia’s New Hate Speech Bill Is Reckless, Contradictory, and Repressive

On January 12, Australia’s Attorney-General Michelle Rowland stepped to the podium and announced what she called “the toughest hate laws Australia has ever seen.”
The government plans to push its Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism Bill 2026 through Parliament on January 20, turning Australia’s speech laws into something that reads more like a psychological test than a criminal code.
We obtained a copy of the bill for you
here (and the memorandum here.)
The same week Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was praising Iranians “standing up for their human rights,” his government was preparing to criminalize speech at home even when no one’s rights or feelings had actually been touched.
The bill’s centerpiece is a new racial vilification offense. It bans “publicly promoting or inciting hatred” based on race, color, or national or ethnic origin, with penalties of up to five years in prison.
The measure’s core novelty is what it removes: proof of harm.
It’s “immaterial,” the draft …

I said it in one of the dreams I shared that the Lord showed me 17 years ago, and confirmed last year with the sign of the cross drawn with the clouds in the sky outside my house that WW 3 will start during the presidency of Donald Trump when a solar eclipse and a blood moon eclipse happen. I mentioned the main nations involved in the beginning of this war. The world is now entering the judgement to all nations, the GREAT TRIBULATION WHICH STARTED LAST YEAR, AND THE PAINS WILL INCREASE GRADUALLY AS A WOMAN READY TO GIVE BIRTH. OFFER ANY ILLNESS, PAIN, SUFFERINGS YOU MAY BE GOING THROUGH TO OUR LADY TO OFFER TO OUR LORD FOR THE SALVATION OF SOULS, AND THANK THE LORD DAILY ALL DAY FOR ALL HIS BLESSINGS, BECAUSE EVEN EATING AND DOING YOUR BODILY NEEDS ARE HUGE BLESSINGS AND WE NEVER GIVE THANKS FOR THAT.
I skipped many details in my 3 dreams, because in all 3 I say over and over again that we must pray unceasingly, this can not be avoided, it will happen but we need to pray for the salvation …More

Traditional celebration of the Baptism of Christ at Jordan River | Shalom World News
Each year, as the Solemnity of the Baptism of the Lord, the Christian community of the Holy Land gather along the banks of the Jordan River, retracing the sacred steps of Jesus as he was baptized by Saint John the Baptist. This time-honored celebration, woven into the fabric of Church history, marks the close of the Christmas season and invites both faithful and pilgrims to reflect on the profound meaning of their own baptism. The ceremony unfolds at Qasr al-Yahud, a site on the western bank of the Jordan near Jericho, revered by tradition as the exact spot where Jesus immersed himself in the river. Today, the site welcomes pilgrims from near and far, setting the stage for vibrant processions and liturgies that unite friars, local believers, and visitors from parishes in Jericho, Bethlehem, Jerusalem, and Beit Hanina.

Gut Cure: How to restore your microbiome so your body can do what it was designed to do
Your gut microbiome acts as a command centre for digestion, immunity, metabolism and brain health; when microbial diversity drops, symptoms often go beyond digestion.
Short-chain fatty acids (“SCFAs”), especially butyrate, are essential compounds made by healthy gut bacteria that help repair your gut lining, calm inflammation, stabilise blood sugar and support mental clarity.
Modern diets heavy in seed oils (including linoleic acid), emulsifiers and ultra-processed foods disrupt beneficial bacteria and reduce butyrate production, leaving your gut undernourished even if you eat “healthy” foods.
Simple changes, such as replacing seed oils with stable fats like butter, ghee or coconut oil, can lower inflammation, rebalance your microbiome and help your body begin healing from the inside out.

Let’s not lose touch…Your Government and Big Tech are actively trying to censor the information …

Russia is sending military craft to Iran, the UN comes out condemning Iran's actions against its protesters, as Trumps calls them patriots and that he will support them and sending them aid, the hypocrisy of nations condemning Iran's actions but not Trump's actions vs his own protesters in the U.S. the killing of innocent Americans defamed by calling them domestic terrorists and the stealing of Venezuela's oil, and the abduction of president Maduro, the UN never imposed sanctions nor condemn Trump but is conveniently condemning Iran. Trump defends Iran's democracy but tramples over his own and shows how good of a Dictator he is. The irony for power, and the gullible Americans that still believe all is for the good of the world and a country when they are not listening to Trump's own words that he is in for the resources, nothing else. WW 3 is coming.

Early signs from Leo’s first consistory suggest continuity with Pope Francis’ original pastoral vision

Pope Leo Walks the ‘Early Francis’ Path — With a New Approach

COMMENTARY: Early signs from Leo’s first consistory suggest continuity with Pope Francis’ original pastoral vision — more in what he said than in how he later governed.
The direction of the Leonine pontificate is still not yet clear, but the consistory of cardinals last week gave some further indications.
Pope Leo XIV intends to continue in the direction of his immediate predecessor, but he prefers to do as Pope Francis said, rather than what Pope Francis did.
In announcing the topics for the consistory last month, Leo chose four that were central to the Francis pontificate —
Evangelii Gaudium, the reform of the Roman Curia, liturgy and synodality.
At the actual consistory, the cardinals chose to discuss the first and the last, about both of which Pope Leo has repeatedly expressed his commitment. Leo wants the missionary Church called for by Evangelii Gaudium, the charter document of Pope Francis, and agrees with Pope Francis that “synodality is what the Lord desires” for the Church …

Is spike protein real?

Professor Anita Baxas,MD
Feb 06, 2024
Italian translation: https://www.thelivingspirits.net/dr-sa-baxas-la-spike-e-un-depistaggio-e-una-subdola-manipolazione//
We need to seriously question the story about the spike protein of the so called Covid “virus” and the mRNA story in the jabs. I delved into studies regarding the detection of the spike protein and found there is no evidence for its existence.
Here’s why:
Thanks for reading Anita Baxas MD Substack! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.
1. First of all, there is no evidence that any virus ever existed as the tests purported to be evidence are humbug. I wrote extensively about it in another post:
So if there is no virus, there can’t be any spike protein since it is claimed the spike protein is part of the outer capsule of the virus.
2. Studies1,2,3,4,5 do NOT use isolated spike protein from isolated virus samples to analyze its amino acid sequence and test what it does to cells. They take the gene sequence …

Some people say Catholics leave the Church because Catholicism is weak.
But here’s the real question: "Why do people usually leave because they never learned the faith, while many converts enter because they studied it deeply?"
History shows a clear pattern. When Catholics are poorly catechized, they often drift away without knowing what the Church actually teaches about Scripture, the Eucharist, the sacraments, or apostolic authority. The Bible itself warns us about this reality: “My people perish for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6).
At the same time, many former Protestants tell the opposite story. They didn’t convert because of emotions or pressure. They converted after serious study. They read the early Church Fathers. They examined how the Bible was formed. They studied the Eucharist, apostolic succession, and the authority Christ gave to the Church. And the more they studied, the more Catholic Christianity matched what they found in history and Scripture.
Jesus said, “The truth …More

JANUARY 13 2026 THE GOSPEL
breski1
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Mark 1,21b-28.
Jesus came to Capernaum with his followers, and on the sabbath he entered the synagogue and taught.
The people were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as one having authority and not as the scribes.
In their synagogue was a man with an unclean spirit;
he cried out, "What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are--the Holy One of God!"
Jesus rebuked him and said, "Quiet! Come out of him!"
The unclean spirit convulsed him and with a loud cry came out of him.
All were amazed and asked one another, "What is this? A new teaching with authority. He commands even the unclean spirits and they obey him."
His fame spread everywhere throughout the whole region of Galilee.

Personal Apostolic Administration of St. John Mary Vianney of Campos, Brazil: "According to official documents that have now been published, Pope Leo XIV accepted Bishop Fernando Arêas Rifan's resignation for reasons of age, but at the same time asked him to continue in office for a further 18 months."

Bishop Fernando Rifan to Remain in Office Until 2027

The governance of Bishop Fernando Arêas Rifan, 75, of the Old Rite Apostolic Administration in Campos, Brazil, has been extended until spring 2027. He announced the extension in a pastoral letter published on January 11 on AdApostolica.org.
Monsignor Rifan recalled his meetings with Leo XIV in the autumn.
On 15 November 2025, he was received in private audience by Leo XIV, to whom he presented his resignation and the situation of the Apostolic Administration.
Leo XIV asked whether Bishop Rifan also celebrates the Novus Ordo. “I told him that in our churches we celebrate the ancient rite, but that when invited I concelebrate with our diocesan bishop, Bishop Roberto Paz, using the current rite, and likewise when I or our priests, when invited, celebrate Mass in the churches of the dioceses, we celebrate the Mass in the current form.”
Bishop Rifan on Leo XIV’s reaction: “He showed himself satisfied.”
On 17 November, Monsignor Rifan was received at the Dicastery for Bishops. There, he …More

UK government rolls back key part of digital ID plans

UK government rolls back key part of digital ID plans

Ministers have rolled back plans for a central element of the proposed digital ID plans, leaving open the possibility that people will be able to use other forms of identification to prove their right to work.
This will mean that the IDs,
announced to some controversy in September, will no longer be mandatory for working-age people, given that the only planned obligatory element was to prove the right to work in the UK.
While officials said this was not a U-turn, just a tweak before a detailed consultation on how the system will function, it will be viewed as the latest in a series of policy changes, including on business rates and inheritance tax for farmers.
When Keir Starmer announced the proposal for digital IDs by 2029 they were billed as voluntary, with the exception that they would be mandatory for people to show they were legally allowed to work.
This was portrayed by the prime minister as a main benefit of the plan. “Digital ID is an enormous opportunity for the UK,” he said …
