Levada: "I want to speak against this resolution [pressuring the Holy See to take measures against abuse]. It would not heal a perceived rift between bishops and the Holy See. I support Cardinal Tobin's suggestion that we release a statement of support for the Holy See's Oct. 6 announcement."
