Why not just re-build the original the way it was, using abundant photographic references? Oh, that's right... it won't give the globalists a chance to reinvent a Christian church into a post-modernist farce. The more I see of what happens afterwards, the more I suspect the fire was deliberately set.

I assume the Church has signed over some kind of authority to the govt of France to make decisions like these about that Catholic Cathedral ????? Does anybody know ??

Part of the outcome of the French Revolution. The French Government became secular and stole all Catholic Churches built prior to 1905, the year they codified the masonic separation of church and state laws.
