Could it be possible that I might be more informed concerning Fr. Gruner? Might that be just possible??? I really don't want to engage in any responses that might be construed as attacking a person, who for obvious reasons, cannot defend himself. I will simply state that history has shown that OBL kept her word. Consecrate Russia to my Immaculate Heart. This was carried out effectively in 1984 by Pope John Paul 2. In 1989 the Berlin wall was demolished and the collapse of communism sweept across Europe. Of course the tardiness by Rome of carrying out OBL request[s] resulted in Russia/Communism spreading its errors through out the world the effects of which are self evident today. Since the collapse of communism in Russia, we now witness in that country, the highest numbers of practising Christians, albiet adherents of the Russian Orthodox church, [the sacraments of which are recognised by Rome, as are the other Orthodox churches] in Europe. Not once did OBL say to Sr. Lucia, that Russia would convert to Catholicism if her requests were carried out. The above condensed historical facts are just that, facts not assumptions. In conclusion, my comment recarding Fr. Gruners relationship to Holy Mother Church was meant as a sadnest that he died as a suspended priest. For what its worth, I am a Traditional Catholic and a proud Grandfather of nineteen grandchildren all of whom attend a Latin Mass. My wife and lived through the 'madness' what was to be called 'the spirit of Vatican 2'. It was such experiences that opened our eyes to the 'works of the devil'.As my eldest son succintly put it-"The devil works both sides of the street" In deed he does. One manifestation of this truism is the confusion, bitterness, discent, discord and rancour not only in the body church but also in Traditional circles where conspiracys abound and a seige mentality pervades-as noted in your comments. @alex j Christian?? Only Catholics are Christian. There are very few Catholics in Russia. The sister Lucia you believe told JPII that his consecration was acceptable wasn't sister Lucia. The real sister Lucia disappeared and was replaced with a look alike.

We do not have world peace as promised if the consecration had been done. Look at Guadalupe. When Our Lady converts, she does it swiftly and visibly. The Pope, in union with the bishops of the world, have not consecrated Russia to Our Lady's Immaculate Heart like she asked for. You're in denial if you say otherwise.
