Cardinal Becciu’s Dame, Cecilia Marogna, was released from prison, AdnKronos writes.
Her lawyer cited Article 22 of the Lateran Pacts, explaining that Marogna "should not be been arrested since the agreement between Italy and the Vatican allows extradition from the Vatican to Italy, but not from Italy to the Vatican."
The Vatican didn’t even provide Italy with the arrest warrant.
