Gregory, whom Pope Francis named on April 4 to succeed Cardinal Donald Wuerl as the Seventh Archbishop of Washington, was installed during a Mass on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
