With Vatican Council II rational Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez and Bishop Bernard Fellay have to be conservative and traditional, Feeneyite and not Cushingite. They must use the rational and not irrational premise and so their conclusion has to be traditional and no more schismatic, with the Middle Ages and the Church Fathers.Now they are both schismatic with Vatican Council II interpreted with the LG 16 visible premise, which produces schism, irrespective of who uses it.
Fernandez and Fellay, in good conscience, according to Aristotle, Aquinas, and Newman…must choose, what is honest and rational, de fide and traditional and not heretical and schismatic. They cannot violate the Principle of Non Contradiction, for a particular end, political, social or personal, and call it ‘following my conscience’.
Both Fernandez and Fellay with Vatican Council II irrational are a canonical issue. Canonical petitions can be filed against the both of them, to have their irregular situation corrected. - Lionel Andrades

Bishop Fellay must unite with the F.I, SBC, and Ecclesia Dei communities and conservatives at the Novus Ordo Mass. LG 16 etc are always invisible. This is a given. Everyone can unite on this point, even Pope Leo.
