Interesting.....! For those who are very confused and concerned that Pope Benedict may still be Pope, this should provide some comfort. I do not say that in a mocking way....I fully understand why the sheep are in disarray and have varying opinions.

But our God is as compassionate now as He was when He walked among us, and perhaps His Providence arranged this to allay frayed nerves and anxious hearts as we await Heaven's intervention and pray for some assurance that Our Lady's request for the Consecration of Russia can finally be considered as having been accomplished:

"And seeing the multitudes, he had compassion on them: because they were distressed, and lying like sheep that have no shepherd...." If Our dear Lord could feel thus at the very time He Himself -- the Supreme Shepherd -- was walking the earth, how much more so now when the world and the Church are filled with treachery, intrigue, betrayal and faithlessness.
