Its really said what this priest did ,Where does it say anywhere that you can not have communion kneeling and in the tong ??
If memory serves, both Popes John Paul II & Benedict XVI refused to administer Holy Communion to those who tried to receive "in the hand' Ah, undermining Benedict's legacy at his own funeral! Outrageous!!
And "conservative" is a meaningless category, entirely dependent upon who is standing next to you.
