He identifies himself -quote - “with the authority conferred on him by international bodies” as a person at risk, due to his age and different ailments.

Mankind Has Never Seen A Similar Thing

Allegri observes that, in a very short time, a phenomenon of global social discipline has occurred. Mankind has not seen something similar in all of their known history. Allegri calls this a one-way street. There are orders and more orders of social discipline about what everyone has to do. “It grows every day and nobody knows when it will end, if at all."

A Cosmic Laboratory of Social Discipline

Cowed by hysteria and terror, men move like a shoal, like a flock, in unison, Allegri writes. They have suspended judgment, conscience, common sense. They are obliterating these on the altar of global discipline. Allegri calls this a cosmic, massive laboratory of social discipline the likes of which has never been seen before. He adds, “I don't care if this is by design or if it was a fluke.”

Together in Isolation

Everybody has been isolated from each other. Quote, “A sneeze scares, a cough demolishes friendship, a little fever condemns to ostracism.” Allegri stresses that out of 7.7 billion men on the globe 0.0020% have been directly affected by the situation. The rest is moving in packs and shoals, not together but separated, isolated, far from each other.

An Antecedent?

Allegri predicts that this cosmic isolation will be used as an antecedent, in case some good-for-nothing feels an appetite to lead the flock – together and at the same time apart – and not precisely like a good shepherd.
