More than a truism @Alex A You've stated a fact. It's impossible to "move away" from anything while remaining stationary. TLM has frozen time "pre-62" in well-reasoned caution against any subsequent innovations.
By contrast, the Novus Ordo continues to do... well.. whatever they do. Germany/ Northern Europe is pointing the way for where the future of the Novus Ordo Church lies.

The question TLM parishioners can ask themselves, with some well-deserved smugness, is who's going to be left to attend those Novus Ordo services?
The younger generation, especially those well-off enough to start families, are migrating to TLM. Sunday mornings look like @HerzMariae's photo: classy, well-dressed, equally well-groomed. Families want traditional (and traditionalist) Catholic culture and morals to be the basis for their home-life
Many Novus Ordo parishes are empty now, even after they've re-opened. There's plenty of room for everyone even with "social distancing". TLM parishes... are packed. They're adding extra Masses just to handle the overflow..

Where is the church? I got married 50 years ago to raise a family and the Catholic church of that time disappeared. My kids had to to the NO because the Roman Catholic church wasn't around. Now, the family is split. Some NO, some Roman Catholic and some are nothing.
